At this time, Get Root'd doesn't offer exchanges. Sizing charts are provided for every item listed on getrootd.com with sizing variants. Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please contact us at support@getrootd.com within 7 days after receiving the order. Include the order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and the issue will be resolved through refund or exchange.
